Testimonial – Your Key Move

Hazel Attwell

We would recommend Your Key Move to anyone thinking of selling in the Hythe area. After being on the market for over a year with other agents Carlo came along with a completely different approach and sold our property within 10 days. He always responds promptly to any query or message even on a Sunday! Definitely a 5 star performance.

I have been extremely impressed with Carlo Martella and Your Key Move. Carlo is dedicated, fastidious, commercial and very personable. In addition to this, he has deep knowledge of the Folkestone and surrounding markets, as well as an excellent track record. He found me a buyer within two weeks, and I couldn’t be happier with the service he provided throughout the marketing of my property. Carlo is a world class estate agent, and I highly recommend him for any of your estate agent needs in Folkestone.

I cannot emphasise how much the service from Carlo and David exceeded my expectations. Extremely quick, honest, informative and reliable. In the space of 1.5 hours Carlo organised a viewing, put my offer to the vendor and swiftly congratulated me on their acceptance!! Exceptional!! I hope many more people get the opportunity to benefit from their ‘5* Customer Service’. I will certainly use them again! Needless to say, I will be recommending them to all of my family, friends and neighbours 🤗
